A Patient ‘P’ aged 22 years came along with her husband.
Husband started telling about wife saying hat ‘ she became dull, not interested in anything,since 3-5 months. Does not feel like working, not even feeding her kids. Always complains of weakness. Anxiety in the chest, palpitation on & off. Total disinterest in the life & work.
On enquiring the patient she hardly speaks, saying not interested in anything. Sometimes, feel like dying, wants to lye down every time. Drowsiness.

Typhoid 10 years back
Chicken pox early childhood
Tubectomy after 3rd delivery
Piles operated 1 year back
